01Are pieces restocked?
Only Limited or Exclusive pieces follow the no-restock rule. Regular pieces may return depending on availability, demand and sourcing.
02What is the difference between in-store and standard delivery?
In store now means the piece is physically available at TYRRA. It may qualify for same-day delivery within Shillong or store pickup. Standard delivery is available across India and normally takes 3–10 days depending on the location.
03How do I place an order?
Open any product page and select Order on WhatsApp. TYRRA will confirm availability, price, delivery details and payment instructions directly with you.
04Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery availability depends on the product and delivery location. TYRRA will confirm available payment methods on WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
05What is the exchange or returns policy?
- Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Damage claims require a clear package-opening video.
- No exchange for size issues unless TYRRA confirms otherwise.
- Archive, limited and exclusive pieces may not be returnable.
06Who pays exchange delivery fees?
Pickup and exchange delivery fees are normally borne by the customer unless TYRRA states otherwise. Any price difference for the exchanged piece will also be adjusted.
07Can I collect my order from the store?
Yes. Products marked Available for pickup can be collected from TYRRA in Nongmensong, Shillong after confirmation on WhatsApp.
